Latvian violinist Roberts Balanas has announced that he has joined the roster of The Fearless Cooperative for worldwide management.

In a statement on social media where he described himself as ‘thrilled,’ Balanas commented: ’Can’t wait to share with you some of the projects we’ve been working on soon!’

The Fearless Cooperative is a business consulting and artist management company founded by Graham Parker, former CEO of the Louisville Orchestra.

Balanas enjoys a wide range of musical interests, combining his background in classical music with the sound worlds of pop, rock and funk. His videos have garnered millions of views online, including an arrangement of ’I’m Still Standing’ that was shared by Elton John.

Recent highlights include performances at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Ladbroke Hall and EartH theatre in London, Kühlhaus Berlin, Latvian National Opera and Vilnius Philharmonic Hall, as well as debuts with Latvian National Symphony Orchestra, Staatsorchester Kassel, Jove Orquestra Simfònica de Barcelona and ANONIMI Chamber Orchestra.

He made his debut at the Palau de la Música Catalana and Cathedral of Santa Maria of Palma performing a newly commissioned electric violin concerto by Angela Luque in March 2026.

Balanas studied at the Royal Academy of Music in London, where he was awarded both the Principal’s Prize and the Bicentenary Scholarship. He currently performs on a 2021 Paul Belin violin and a custom-made Fortevio six-string electric violin.
