Some notes on finishing off one of the trickiest parts of the making process
For me, the scroll is the most expressive part of the instrument, bringing together form, craftsmanship and personality in a compact space. While the rough shaping is often done with determined energy, the final refining stage requires the highest level of concentration and sensitivity.
